Tater Tot Cups


  • 16 oz. Bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Green onions, Sliced
  • Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning
  • 1/2 lb. Bacon, Cooked and crumbled


  1. Preheat oven to 450˚F.
  2. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
  3. Place 3-4 tater tots in each cup. Place muffin pan in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Remove pan from the oven.
  4. Spray bottom of a drinking glass with cooking spray and press tater tots in each muffin cup to make a potato cup. When done, place back in the oven to bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
  5. Sprinkle a base of Truffle & Chop Seasoning in each cup.
  6. Add a generous amount of cheddar cheese to each cup and bake until cheese has melted. Transfer to plate and let cool.
  7. Add sour cream, bacon, and green onion to each tater tot cup.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
