Shipping policy
Orders ship out on Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
At this time, we only offer shipping to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout at which point you may choose between the options presented. Free shipping available for orders over $200.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@marbleridgefarms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient’s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Marble Ridge Specialty Farms does not accept returns. However, if the product is damaged during the transit process, please reach out to us at sales@marbleridgefarms.com so we can investigate the cause of the damage and/or unsatisfactory process you experienced
Marble Ridge Specialty Farms does not guarantee your product will arrive frozen. However, we do our very best to make sure the product arrives in the best possible condition by using special frozen gel packs.
