Poolside Pork Chops



  1. Fire up grill to 500℉ (for sear).
  2. Season both sides of Pork Chop generously with Truffle & Chop Seasoning, followed by a light layer All In Seasoning. Let seasonings sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Place pork chops on grill for a quick sear (about 1 minute), flip and repeat on other side.
  4. For Baste: Mix 2 sticks unsalted butter, Tennessee Red, Beer, Truffle & Chop over low heat until melted. Sti to combine.
  5. Dip Pork Chops into baste and place back on heat, repeating for flavor, until internal temperature reaches 135℉.
  6. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
