Marble Ridge Wagyu Chili


  • 2 lbs. Wagyu Ground Beef 
  • 4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Cups Chopped Yellow Onion
  • 1 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 1/2 Cups Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Jalapenos, chopped (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Granulated Onion
  • 2 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 Cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 Cans Chili Beans
  • 8 Cups Water
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning


  1. In large stock pot, brown the ground beef.
  2. Add the vegetables and spices to the pot, including garlic, onion, celery, bell pepper, jalapeno (if you want extra heat), chili powder, cumin, granulated garlic, granulated onion, salt and pepper. Saute vegetables until they are soft or transparent.
  3. Pour in the diced tomatoes, chili beans, water, and brown sugar. Simmer on a medium-low heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Finish off with extra Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning to taste at the end of the cook.
