Viral Mexican Hot Dogs

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Slice tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. De-seed jalapeños to reduce heat if desired.
  2. Add butter to a large skillet and let melt over medium-high heat.
  3. Add hot dogs, tomatoes, onion, and jalapeños to the skillet and cover, stirring occasionally.
  4. Toast brioche buns in oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 2-3 minutes on the top rack.
  5. Once onions and jalapeños begin to soften, add ‘Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning. Continue to let cook until the hot dogs have reached your desired char and remove from heat - we like ours crispy!
  6. Assemble hot dogs on brioche buns and top with sauteed tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. Top with cilantro and Blues Hog Jalapeño Lime Ranch.
  7. Enjoy!
