Viral Mexican Hot Dogs
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack Wagyu Skinless Hot Dogs
- 1 pack Brioche Hot Dog Buns
- 1 Large Heirloom Tomato
- 1 Large White Onion
- 3 Jalapeños, De-Seeded if Desired
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp. Blues Hog 'Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning
- Blues Hog Jalapeño Lime Ranch
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Slice tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. De-seed jalapeños to reduce heat if desired.
- Add butter to a large skillet and let melt over medium-high heat.
- Add hot dogs, tomatoes, onion, and jalapeños to the skillet and cover, stirring occasionally.
- Toast brioche buns in oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 2-3 minutes on the top rack.
- Once onions and jalapeños begin to soften, add ‘Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning. Continue to let cook until the hot dogs have reached your desired char and remove from heat - we like ours crispy!
- Assemble hot dogs on brioche buns and top with sauteed tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. Top with cilantro and Blues Hog Jalapeño Lime Ranch.
