Cowboy BBQ Tater Tot Skillet
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 pound of Marble Ridge Farms Wagyu Ground Beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup Blues Hog Sizzle Bacon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeños
- 1/3 cup Blues Hog Whiskey Blues BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp Blues Hog Rodeo Rub Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cast iron skillet, brown ground beef with 2 tbsp of Blues Hog Rodeo Rub. Drain beef, remove from skillet and set aside.

Place frozen tater tots in the cast iron skillet and bake according to package.

Remove tater tots from oven and top with cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese and bacon.

Place cast iron skillet back into the oven and bake at 400ºF for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Remove cast iron from oven and evenly dollop sour cream on dish.

Top dish with jalapeños and chives.

Drizzle generously with your favorite Blues Hog BBQ sauce. We used a combination of Whiskey Blues, Smokey Mountain, and Sizzlin' Heat.
