Truffle & Chop Ham Sliders
INGREDIENTS:
- 1-2T Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1.5# Shaved Ham
- 1.5# Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 2 Packs Kings Hawaiian Rolls
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Slice Hawaiian Rolls in half and set tops buns aside.
- On the stove, melt the butter and Truffle & Chop together to a simmer. Using a basting brush, coat bottom buns, and top with ham and cheese slices. Place in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and put top buns back on. Coat with Truffle & Chop butter and place back in the oven to warm Serve and enjoy!
