Cajun Shrimp & Kielbasa Skewers



  1. Preheat grill to 400℉.
  2. Soak Wooden Skewers before piercing.
  3. Combine Olive Oil and Cajun Bayou in a separate bowl and coat shrimp. Slice Kielbasa into smaller pieces.
  4. Pierce one end of the shrimp, followed by a sliced sausage piece, and the other end of the shrimp (creating a 'C' shape).
  5. Place on grill for no more than 5 minutes.
  6. Remove and coat in Wild Sauce, serve and enjoy!
