The Ultimate Wagyu Prime Rib



  1. Light grill or smoker to 250.
  2. Trim silver skin off cut (optional).
  3. For Paste: Combine horseradish, sour cream, and Rodeo Rub in separate bowl, stir until combined. Rub on Prime Rib roast (for binder).
  4. Season cut generously with Bold & Beefy and Truffle & Chop. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Check at the hour mark, 2 hour mark, and 3 hour mark. When cut is done, internal temperature should be 125. Remove from heat and let rest for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve!
