Picanha Roast w/ Truffle Butter Compound



  1. Preheat grill to 350℉.
  2. Season Picanha generously with Rodeo Rub and Truffle & Chop Seasonings.
  3. Place on grill for 1 hour, checking every 20 minutes or so after. Remove and place in pan, wrap entire pan in foil until internal temperature reaches 119-120℉. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Slice and top with Truffle Butter compound. Serve with crispy parmesan smashed potatoes!
