Picanha Roast w/ Truffle Butter Compound
INGREDIENTS:
- Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning
- Blues Hog Rodeo Rub Seasoning
- 1 4.5 lb. Picanha
- Truffle Butter Compound
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat grill to 350℉.
- Season Picanha generously with Rodeo Rub and Truffle & Chop Seasonings.
- Place on grill for 1 hour, checking every 20 minutes or so after. Remove and place in pan, wrap entire pan in foil until internal temperature reaches 119-120℉. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Slice and top with Truffle Butter compound. Serve with crispy parmesan smashed potatoes!
