Carved from the rib, the Tomahawk Steak is a tender, well-marbled, thick ribeye with a long bone still attached. When prepared correctly, the addition of the bone adds a wonderful meaty flavor to the steak that delivers robust flavors throughout.

The Tomahawk Steak is best prepared over a hot grill, pan seared, or in the oven.

Labeled as Marble Max, this cut is the best-of-the-best and ranks as A5 on the Japanese grading scale for its superior marbling. All Marble Max products will have a marbling score of 8-12.
