Teres Major is highly sought after as it is the second most tender cut of beef, next to the tenderloin. Used in a variety of cuisines, Teres Major is a cut only found in high end butcher shops and finer restaurants.

It resembles a small tenderloin in shape and an be grilled whole, cut for kabobs, or roasted. 

Labeled as Marble Max™ this cut is the best-of-the-best and ranks as A4 on the Japanese grading scale for its exceptional marbling. All Marble Max™ products will have a marbling score of 8-12.
