The Hanging Tender, or Hanger Steak, sourced from the short plate of the cow, is a thick, extremely tender cut full of flavor and a coarser grain texture. With flavor comparable to high-ticket cuts such as ribeye and strip steaks, the hanger steak is a great value and can be harder to come by.

The Hanger Steak is best prepared over a hot grill, pan seared, or broiled.

Each pack comes with 2 steaks, weight listed is total of both steaks.

Labeled as Marble Max™, this cut is the best-of-the-best and ranks as A5 on the Japanese grading scale for its superior marbling. All Marble Max™ products will have a marbling score of 8-12.
