Large enough to feed 2+, the Bone-in Ribeye is sourced from the rib portion of the cow. With its exposed bone, this cut of meat impresses not only in presentation, but in its rich beefy flavor. 

Bone-in Ribeye Steaks are best prepared on the grill, in skillet, or in the oven.

Labeled as Marble Max, this cut is the best-of-the-best and ranks as A5 on the Japanese grading scale for its superior marbling. All Marble Max products will have a marbling score of 8-12.
