Flank Steak Street Tacos

INGREDIENTS:

  • Marble Ridge Flank Steak
  • Your Favorite Beef Seasoning
  • 8 Small Tortillas
  • ½ Cup Cotija Cheese
  • 1 Medium Onion, diced
  • ½ Cup Cilantro, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Grill on both sides to desired doneness. (See our Cooking Tips page for an internal temperature guide.)
  4. Lay a bed of lettuce.
  5. Add toppings such as dried fruit and feta cheese.
  6. Slice the steak into ¼ inch slices
  7. Lay slices on top of salad
  8. Serve with your favorite dressing.
