Our London Broil, commonly known as a Top of Round Roast, is a larger, more versatile cut of meat sourced from the hind quarter of the cow. Given it’s learner nature and the rich marbling of our wagyu cattle, this cut is exceptionally flavorful as a roast or shredded beef.
The London Broil is best prepared in a pot roast, baked or broiled in the oven, slow cooked, or grilled as a steak.
Labeled as Marble Max, this cut is the best-of-the-best and ranks as A5 on the Japanese grading scale for its superior marbling. All Marble Max products will have a marbling score of 8-12.
