Sourced from the hind-legs, the Bottom Round Roast is a lean, incredibly flavored roast that makes for the perfect pot roast for all seasons. This cut is also commonly called a rump roast or a round roast. 

The Bottom Round Roast is best prepared smoked, oven roasted, or braised.

Labeled as Marble Max, this cut is the best-of-the-best and ranks as A5 on the Japanese grading scale for its superior marbling. All Marble Max products will have a marbling score of 8-12.
